At Corder Law, PLLC, we believe in the proposition that you should treat others as you would wish to be treated. This belief translates in to providing our clients with the highest level of service, no matter their legal issue.

We recognize that not every situation demands litigation. I am a believer in Abraham Lincoln’s advice for lawyers: “Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can…. There will still be business enough.”

However, I know there are times when litigation is necessary and we take our obligation to provide the highest levels of service to our clients. As an attorney, I know that word-of-mouth advertising from satisfied clients is the best means to a successful practice.

Having worked with prosecutors and clerked for the Supreme Court of Virginia before I entered private practice, I understand the process from all sides. I know how prosecutors build cases and what judges are looking for when making decisions. My staff and I use that knowledge to challenge the prosecution’s side of the story and work to undercut their case.
